Cozette Tran-Caffee has been appointed to Urban Land Institute (ULI) Northwest’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI). Tran-Caffee will be serving on the Professional Development subcommittee for two years.
The mission of the ULI is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. ULI is committed to bringing together leaders, fostering collaboration, exploring issues, advancing land use, sharing knowledge and sustaining a diverse global network.
The goal of the WLI is to promote the advancement of women throughout their careers, to increase the number of women who serve in leadership positions, and to increase the visibility of women leaders in our region, industry and within ULI. The ULI Northwest’s WLI Committees are cross-disciplinary groups of professionals from the private and public sectors involved in the real estate industry.
