Adelle Greenfield has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Labor, Employment & Benefits Team.
Greenfield is an experienced litigator who represents employers in disputes alleging claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability accommodation, breach of contract, business torts, and violation of leave and wage and hour laws. She has defended educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and other employers in litigation brought by former and current employees. Greenfield also represents employers, employee benefit plans, insurers and third-party administrators in ERISA litigation involving employee benefit disputes. She has experience litigating before state and federal courts in Washington and California, and has briefed matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
While in law school, Greenfield served as a law clerk in the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Federal Sector Hearings Unit, where she assisted Administrative Judges with the adjudication of federal sector employment discrimination claims.
Greenfield earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. She also obtained a B.A. in Communications from the University of Washington.
