Lane Powell Shareholder Darin Sands will serve as a panelist discussing data protection, security and e-discovery at a breakfast briefing held at the Huron Legal Institute on December 4 from 9-11:30 a.m. at the Washington Athletic Club in downtown Seattle. During the discussion, the panelists will cover recent trends in applying data analytics to electronic discovery, data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, cloud computing and bring your own device policies. Other panelists include Magistrate Judge Nathanael Cousins (N.D. Cal.), Judge Catherine Shaffer (King County Superior Court), and in house counsel from T-Mobile and Weyerhaeuser.
