When coming to the UW campus, please stop by a staffed gatehouse to purchase a parking permit for the event. The North Gatehouse (NE 45th & 17th Ave NE) is closest to PACCAR Hall. The night parking rate begins at 5 p.m. and is $5.

Straight Talk for Entrepreneurs: Learning From Failure

University of Washington Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship and Lane Powell Seminar | Seattle

We invite you to join us for the Straight Talk for Entrepreneurs panel discussion titled “Learning from Failure” hosted by Lane Powell and University of Washington’s Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship on Thursday, May 5. The panel of experienced entrepreneurs will discuss the failures they’ve faced while building their organizations and the lessons they learned from them. The event will be followed by a happy hour reception and will include fiesta-inspired fare in celebration of Cinco de Mayo.

Panelists include:

  • John Atcheson, Founder and CEO of Stuffstr
  • Marc Barros, Founder of Moment
  • John O’Halloran, CEO and Co-founder of Trailfire

Frank Paganelli, Chair of Lane Powell’s Startups and Emerging Companies Practice Group, will serve as the moderator.
