Mike Reilly will serve as the Moderator for a panel discussion titled “Views From the Bench: Employment Litigation” at the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers Seattle Seminar on Ethics in the Profession on Thursday, October 27, from 6-7 p.m. The panelists include U.S. District Court Judge Robert Lasnik, King County Superior Court Judge Mary Roberts and King County Superior Court Judge Bruce Heller. The panel of judges will share their views and perspectives on employment-related litigation, as well as ways attorneys can go wrong in motion practice, hearings, discovery, trial and professionalism. The event will take place at Lane Powell’s office in the Mt. Baker Conference Room on the 42nd Floor in downtown Seattle.
