We advised the owners of Washington Partners, previously Seattle's largest independent commercial real estate tenant brokerage agency, in the sale of their Seattle business to a subsidiary of Jones Lang LaSalle, an international commercial real estate company.
Washington Partners played a part in one of the city's largest deals — the acquisition of 5.5 acres in downtown Seattle where Amazon's new high-rise campus was built. The acquisition by JLL, the region's fourth-largest commercial real estate brokerage, allows Washington Partners to tap into national and global trends, and provide clients with a broader perspective.
