Lieberg v. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc.We defended Red Robin International in a nationwide disability accommodation class action lawsuit, claiming that Red Robin restaurants violate Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act as amended. Class members seek injunctive relief pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 12188(a)(2).
