Colleen Mayer represents employers of various sizes in litigation, including claims for discrimination and harassment, retaliation, breach of restrictive covenant, violation of trade secret laws and breach of contract. She also regularly prepares separation agreements, employee handbooks, offer letters, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements and other employment-related documents for her clients. She is experienced in counseling clients on issues such as terminations, minimum wage exemptions, and unemployment compensation and benefits matters. Colleen has also represented corporate clients in state and federal litigation involving employment, contract and insurance coverage matters.
