Pro Bono Work Aids Community Transitional School

A July 7 Oregonian article credited Lane Powell’s pro bono work as helpful to the Community Transitional School (“CTS”). CTS is a school for homeless students that is starting construction on a permanent location, supported in part through New Markets Tax Credits. Lane Powell Shareholder Alan Pasternack, who is a tax and business transactional attorney specializing in business and real estate transactions, is CTS’ pro bono attorney.
