Gillespie Joins Lane Powell’s Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group

Tara Gillespie has joined Lane Powell as an associate in the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Gillespie’s practice focuses on complex business and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Lane Powell, Gillespie was an associate with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. Her practice included defending class actions, managed care organizations, personal injury and commercial contract disputes. Gillespie also has significant experience in the areas of health care transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, certificates of need, and licensure and certification.

Gillespie received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, and her B.A. from Southern Illinois University.
