Jones Joins Lane Powell’s Real Estate and Land Use Practice Group

Timothy Jones has joined Lane Powell as an associate in the Real Estate and Land Use Practice Group.

Jones’ practice focuses on real estate and land use law. His experience also includes drafting commercial leases, arguing construction defect claims, and drafting motions involving environmental remedial action claims.

Prior to joining Lane Powell, Jones worked as an associate with Williams Kastner & Gibbs. Prior to Williams Kastner, he worked as a Rule 9 Deputy Prosecutor for King County and as an intern at Graham Lundberg & Peschel.

Jones received his J.D., with honors, from the Seattle University School of Law, and his B.S. from University of Utah.
