Beck, Strasser, Amster and Degginger to Present Legislative Update and Mechanic’s Lien Issues to AIA Members (Seattle)

Lane Powell Shareholders Stan Beck, Glenn Amster and Grant Degginger and Counsel to the Firm Dennis Strasser will host a class for the American Institute of Architects Seattle titled “Lane Powell Presents 2010 Legislative/Legal Update.”  The class will be held at Lane Powell on the 39th Floor Conference Room in the US Bank Centre in Seattle on June 8.  The attorneys will present a summary of recent legislative and legal developments affecting the design community and the use of mechanic’s liens in getting paid for professional services.  For more information, view the class website.
