Lane Powell Attorney Appointed as Vice-Chair to AHLA Long Term Care Practice Group

Barb Duffy, a Shareholder in the Seattle office, has recently been appointed Vice-Chair of the American Health Lawyers Association’s (“AHLA”) Long Term Care Practice Group. She is an active member of the AHLA and has also been a presenter for the AHLA’s Long Term Care and The Law seminar.

The Long Term Care Practice Group of AHLA provides a forum for attorneys who represent providers across the entire spectrum of long term care services. The goal is to keep the members informed of the most up-to date and relevant case law, legislative initiatives and important trends in the industry.
