Friedman Appointed to State Prescription Drug Advisory Group

Lane Powell Shareholder Ron Friedman will serve as member of the Washington State Attorney General’s 2010 Prescription Drug Advisory Group.  The group consists of medical practitioners and representatives of the pharmaceutical industry, treating hospitals, non-profit groups and law enforcement.  It is designed to address the growing epidemic of prescription drug abuse, current challenges faced by medical practitioners and to formulate and comment upon legislation to address pharmaceutical and pain treatment issues.
