Lane Powell’s President, Mark Rossi, recently announced his move from Firm President to Firm client. Effective at the end of 2006, Rossi, who has focused his practice on banking and creditor rights, will move to Honolulu to become a Vice Chairman of the Bank of Hawaii, Lane Powell’s newest client.
The Board of Directors and Shareholders have elected Lewis Horowitz to fill Rossi’s shoes as president. Chuck Riley will become the Vice President. Horowitz, currently Vice President in charge of the Firm’s Portland office, focuses his practice on tax planning and controversy.
