Friedman Quoted Nationally in Investor Fraud Stories

As criminal defense counsel for Kirkland securities broker Rhonda Breard, facing federal charges for investor fraud, Lane Powell Shareholder Ron Friedman was quoted in multiple news sources from the Seattle Times to the New York Times, noting that our client was cooperating with federal authorities.

On March 10, Breard was charged by complaint in federal court and released on her own recognizance. She is accused of stealing $8 million from clients.

“We are cooperating fully with federal authorities. We intend to continue to cooperate,” Friedman told the press after the hearing.
