Lenhart Quoted in Business Journal Article

Ben Lenhart was interviewed for an article that appeared in the Friday, September 8, edition of the Portland Business Journal. The article, entitled, “Sarbanes-Oxley rules may be eased for the small caps,” addressed upcoming corporate governance reforms. Ben commented on the one-size-fits-all approach of Sarbanes-Oxley and explained how one company went from public to private status.
