Colletta and Pinkstaff Join Lane Powell
Dominic G. Colletta and John C. Pinkstaff have joined Lane Powell as shareholders in the Firm’s real estate and land use practice group.
Prior to joining Lane Powell, Colletta was a partner at Ramis Crew Corrigan LLP, a boutique real estate and land use law firm. Spanning a 30-year career, Colletta has negotiated and advised clients in sophisticated real estate, land use and financial loan transactions. He has also assisted clients in public/private, mixed-use development projects, condominium projects, owners’ associations, and acted as counsel for a number of local municipalities in the Portland metro area. He has been very active with the Oregon State Bar Real Estate and Land Use Section and served as chair in 2004. Colletta received his J.D. from the Loyola University of Los Angeles School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Portland.
John Pinkstaff also comes to Lane Powell from Ramis Crew Corrigan. As a partner, his practice emphasized real estate and land use, environmental and municipal law matters. He has handled a wide variety of development issues for both the public and private sector including large format commercial centers, residential subdivisions and rural development. In addition, he has extensive experience dealing with environmental matters, having represented local governments with regard to hazardous waste cleanups, solid waste disposal site permitting and subsurface sewage disposal issues. Pinkstaff earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Oregon.
