Durkee Returns to Litigation Department

Tanya A. Durkee has returned to the Firm as a shareholder in its litigation department, having concluded her tenure as Deputy Commissioner of Securities for the Vermont State Securities Division. While performing her duties as Deputy Commissioner, Tanya also served on the Board of Directors for the North American Securities Administrators Association (“NASAA”), and was a member of NASAA’s broker-dealer section. Tanya will resume her practice in the Firm’s commercial litigation department, focusing on the areas of securities, banking, antitrust and trade regulation, and consumer defense.

Tanya earned her J.D. from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College and her B.A. from University of Oregon. She is proficient in Chinese and has lived and worked in China.
