Ostroff to Speak at Oregon State Bar Business Law Section CLE (Portland)

Lane Powell Shareholder Paul Ostroff will speak at an Oregon State Bar Association CLE for the Business Law Section titled, “Documenting Oregon Business,” on December 3 at the Oregon Convention Center.  Ostroff will provide information on documents employees should sign and ways to avoid liability and protect company assets in pre-employment.  He will also discuss offer and termination stages of employment.  For more information, view the OSB website.
