Garvey Joins Litigation Practice Group

Erin Garvey has joined Lane Powell as an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group.

Prior to joining Lane Powell, Garvey worked as an associate for Sidley Austin LLP, where she researched and drafted motions, memoranda and other court filings, primarily for securities litigation, white collar crime litigation and accountant liability litigation. She also served as a judicial extern for Judge John Segal, where she assisted in preparation of court rulings and drafted bench memoranda for motions such as summary adjudication, reclassification and discovery.

Garvey earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School, and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
