Parise Joins Lane Powell’s Litigation, Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Groups
Michael J. Parise has joined Lane Powell as a Shareholder in the Litigation, Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Law Practice Groups.
Parise focuses his practice on commercial law, secured lending, bankruptcy, loan restructuring agreements, real estate litigation and transactions, and mineral lease and mining claim transactional documents and financing agreements.
Prior to joining Lane Powell, Parise was a shareholder with the Anchorage office of Birch, Horton, Bittner and Cherot. Parise received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Williams College. He was selected for inclusion in Chambers USA, America’s Leading Business Lawyers in the categories of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and bankruptcy from 2007-2009. He was named in the list of Alaska Super Lawyers and in the September 2009 issue of Washington Law & Politics magazine in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, business litigation and banking.
