Kohl Joins Lane Powell’s Business Practice Group

JoAnn Lee Kohl has joined Lane Powell as an Attorney in the Business Law Practice Group.

Kohl focuses her practice in the areas of corporate law and governance, technology and intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, debt financing and other business transactional matters. She advises start-up ventures and mature companies in a range of industries including software, clean technology, education, renewable energy and medical devices.

Prior to Joining Lane Powell, Kohl was an attorney with the Portland office of Stoel Rives LLP. Kohl received her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University, with honors, where she majored in Economics and Public Policy & Management.
