Price Appointed to the Judicial Recommendation Committee by the WSBA

Lane Powell Shareholder Erik D. Price has been appointed to the Judicial Recommendation Committee by the Washington State Bar Association (“WSBA”) Board of Governors to a three-year term on the Judicial Recommendation Committee. This committee screens and interviews candidates for state appellate and Supreme Court positions and makes recommendations thereon to the Board of Governors.

Price devotes his practice in the areas of government and regulatory issues. Price handles many health care matters, including long term care issues and certificate of need cases. He advises and represents clients on intergovernmental matters, including administrative law and litigation. He also handles beverage alcohol issues and complex litigation including trade secret, class actions and commercial contract cases. Price also utilizes his governmental and administrative law experience as a member in Lane Powell’s Long Term Care and Seniors Housing Client Service Team.
