Lane Powell attorney Shawn Lindsay was mentioned in the September 26, 2009, issue of The Oregonian, titled “Promising pair present fresh faces for Republicans,” for his 2010 run for the Oregon State House of Representatives. The author states that the one name that keeps popping up when the upcoming election is discussed is “Shawn Lindsay.” The article’s author hopes that Lane Powell’s example inspires other companies to support the citizen legislature.
