Areas of Practice

Jennifer focuses her practice on complex litigation matters.  She has litigated cases involving tort, personal injury and insurance claims, as well as labor and employment and maritime cases.  Prior to joining Lane Powell, Jennifer worked as a law clerk with the Office of the Attorney General where she wrote pleadings, motions, briefs and memorandum in a variety of claims involving the Department of Labor and Industries, as well as adult guardianship and parental rights termination matters.  Her professional experience also includes serving as a legislative aide with the Spokane City Council, during which time she co-created a water conservation program, later implemented on a citywide basis and serving 500,000 residents.
