Timothy DeFors focuses his practice on commercial, estate and trust litigation, and has experience in both the state and federal courts.  He has extensive experience with the U.S. Navy, and worked at the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington, D.C.  Tim’s experience also includes working as a research assistant for the Rural Development Institute and representing clients seeking unemployment benefits in administrative hearings through a University of Washington School of Law clinic.
