Snow Joins Lane Powell

Harold E. (Hal) Snow, Jr. has joined the law firm of Lane Powell PC as a partner in the Estate Planning practice group.

Hal has over 25 years of experience helping families and business owners in the areas of business succession planning, asset protection planning, wealth transfer and transfer minimization. In the estate planning area, he has significant experience in asset protection planning and succession planning for closely held businesses, with emphasis on the transfer of ownership to the next generation with minimum estate and gift tax cost.

Hal received his LL.M. from the Graduate Tax Program at the Boston University School of Law. He received his J.D. from Vermont Law School and B.A. from the University of Maine at Orono.
