Lawyerpalooza 3 Rocks for Charity

Bookmark and Share

Lawyerpalooza is back for its third year. The annual benefit showcase of Seattle law firm bands supports local elementary school music programs.

This year, the site of the event will be the Premier Club, a bigger and better venue.

Scheduled to appear are various bands from local law firms, including last year’s competition-winning Lane Powell band, The Big Lubersky, as well as bands from Perkins Coie, Preston Gates & Ellis, Karr Tuttle Campbell, McNaul Ebel, Groff & Murphy, and the Law Offices of David Huber. Each will play a 20-minute set and be judged by a panel of local celebrities. Additionally, music students from local schools, as well as a middle school jazz combo, will perform prior to the show. A silent auction will also raise funds.

In its first two years, Lawyerpalooza has already raised more than $40,000, which has been given to selected Seattle elementary schools for their 4th and 5th grade music programs.
