Davidson Joins Corporate Finance and Securities Group

Scott W. Davidson has joined Lane Powell as a Shareholder in the Corporate Finance and Securities Practice Group.

Prior to joining Lane Powell, Davidson was one of the founders of the Portland office of White & Lee LLP. Davidson is a transactional attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, complex technology transfers and intellectual property matters for emerging growth and later-stage companies. He regularly advises clients on key issues including strategic alliances, venture financings and revenue generation.

Davidson received his J.D. from Willamette University and his B.S. from Eastern Oregon University.
