Lindquist Joins Lane Powell’s Litigation Department
Malcolm C. Lindquist joins Lane Powell as a partner in the Firm’s Banking/Financial Services/Creditors’ Rights/Collections Groups, where he will continue to focus his business practice on commercial finance, equipment leasing, creditor rights, bankruptcy, mergers, acquisitions and the Uniform Commercial Code.
Lindquist has extensive experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, receiverships and out-of-court workouts.
Lindquist comes to Lane Powell from McGavik Graves, P.S., in Tacoma, where he was a partner. He is very active in both local and national bar activities, and currently serves as Chair of the ABA Secured Lending Subcommittee of the ABA Commercial Financial Services Committee. Lindquist is also a fellow in the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers.
He received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, and his B.A. in Classics from the University of Washington.
