Fox Joins Lane Powell’s Litigation Department
Greg Fox joins Lane Powell as an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department in the Banking/Financial Services/Creditor Rights/Collections Group, where he will focus his practice on commercial business.
Fox comes to Lane Powell from McGavik Graves, P.S., in Tacoma, where he was an associate in the Tax and Business, Creditor’s Rights and Financial Institutions practice groups. While there, he worked on a variety of matters, including representation of closely-held businesses such as manufacturers, licensed professionals and equipment dealers, in all facets of their operations, including entity formation, contract negotiation and drafting, contract disputes and collection, commercial financing documentation, and mergers and acquisitions.
He received his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, cum laude, and his B.A. in Politics and Government from the University of Puget Sound.
