Pasternack to Co-Chair Affordable Housing and Community Development Law Conference

Lane Powell Shareholder Alan Pasternack has been asked to co-chair the American Bar Association’s (“ABA”) Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law’s annual mid-year conference, which is scheduled for early October in Newport, R.I. Pasternack has attended the Forum’s annual conference every year since 2000, and has been on panels discussing New Markets Tax Credits for the last three years. The emphasis of the mid-year conference is expected to be on tax credit programs and related community development topics other than housing — particularly, new markets tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits and renewable energy tax credits.
