In Simonetta v. Viad Corp. et al. and its companion case, Braaten v. Saberhagen Holdings Inc., et al., the Washington Supreme Court will soon determine whether the Court of Appeals correctly found that a manufacturer may owe a duty to warn of dangers posed by products made, sold and installed by others but used in conjunction with the manufacturer’s product.
