Unions Allowed to Pressure Investors to Assist Unionization of Investments

The National Labor Relations Board recently ruled that a prospective investor, landlord or customer may require, as a condition of during business with it, that a party (business owner) must commit to waive its legal rights to oppose unionization of its employees.
