Daniel F. Vaughn Joins Lane Powell

Daniel F. Vaughn has joined the law firm of Lane Powell in the Seattle office as an associate. He concentrates his practice on corporate finance and securities. His practice experience includes general corporate counseling, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, hostile takeover defense, IP protection, ‘34 Act compliance, and executive compensation.

Vaughn was most recently a corporate finance associate with Perkins Coie in Seattle. Prior to joining Perkins, he worked as an associate with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati in Palo Alto, CA.

Vaughn received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and his B.A. from the Washington State University. He resides in Seattle, Washington.
