Small Public Firms Yearn for Lost Privacy

Small public companies will likely need to comply with the internal controls provisions of Sarbanes-Oxley (Section 404) next year. Many of these companies will consider an exodus from the public markets, as the costs of remaining a public company continue to skyrocket.
