H-1B Cap Opens With 20,000 More Numbers; But Fees Increase
Congress has added 20,000 more numbers to the H-1B Cap, but not without some additional economic cost as compared to prior H1-B programs. Previously, during this fiscal year, the H1-B program for temporary workers had opened and closed in one day.
