Malkin Featured in Law360 Article About Joining Lane Powell’s Litigation Practice Group
Harold Malkin was featured in an April 14 Law360 article titled “Ex-DOJ Counsel Malkin Joins Lane Powell in Litigation.” The article discussed Harold’s extensive background working at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he served more than 22 years, most recently as Deputy Civil Chief and Chief of the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Unit of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Seattle. The article also share’s Harold’s reasons for joining Lane Powell.
Malkin said he was drawn to Lane Powell by the opportunity to lead the Firm’s Investigations and Regulatory Compliance Group, and also because of the skills of the Firm’s lawyers and the overall atmosphere of the Firm.
“There were a lot of people who had spent 20 or 30 or more years here, which struck me as saying this was a good place to work,” he said.
