Hands off! Protecting Your Intellectual Property (Seattle)
Fran Jagla will present “Hands off! Protecting Your Intellectual Property” at the University of Washington (UW) School of Law’s Hospitality and Travel Law Symposium from 9:45-10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 15. This inaugural symposium will cover a broad overview of the legal issues that govern the hospitality and travel industries. Presenters will discuss airline passenger rights and consumer protection, labor and employment challenges in hotels, data breaches and privacy issues, liquor licensing and food/beverage laws, the nuts and bolts of management contracts, intellectual property protections, and the future of travel and digital marketing.
