Intellectual Property: Protecting Innovation Across the Technology Life Cycle (Bellevue, Wash.)
Kevin Jablonski will co-present “Intellectual Property: Protecting Innovation Across the Technology Life Cycle” at the 27th AeroMat Conference from 8:30-9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 24. The presentation will address measures to protect intellectual property including patent, trade secret and copyright; examine the life cycle of a technology from womb to tomb, and how these protection measures may be applied across that cycle, individually or in combination with each other; address factors to consider in determining the best means to protect an innovation, including the technology strategy and state of development; and consider how recent changes in intellectual property law might shape an intellectual property protection strategy. The conference will take place May 23-25 at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, Washington. For more information or to register, visit the event website.
