E-Discovery, Social Media, the Internet of Things and Ethics (San Francisco)
Darin Sands will co-present “E-Discovery, Social Media, the Internet of Things and Ethics” at an event hosted by Kroll Ontrack on Wednesday, March 9, between 3-5 p.m. During the presentation, Sands will discuss important ethical considerations as related to e-discovery and the impact that new technologies, such as social media and the Internet of Things, may have on ethical responsibilities. Other speakers include in house counsel from Google Inc. and Kroll Ontrack’s Director of Strategic Markets for Legal Technologies.
