Kathleen A. Nelson focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, specializing in environmental insurance litigation and mortgage and consumer finance litigation. She represents mortgage brokers and lenders in a variety of disputes, including claims under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth in Lending Act and state consumer protection statutes.
