Making ‘Millennial’ Work For You (Seattle)
Sarah Swale will be participating in a speaker panel for the Washington Women Lawyers program titled “Plugging the Leaky Pipeline: Come As You Are – Making ‘Millennial’ Work For You.” The program will take place on Tuesday, January 19, from noon to 1 p.m. at Perkins Coie’s Seattle office. It is the first in a three-part series that will discuss and explore issues critical to the different stages of one’s legal career. This first event is targeted at law students and new attorneys who have been practicing for four years or less. Speakers will discuss how the expectations and traits common among the millennial generation create challenges for new attorneys in the legal profession and how those expectations and traits influence their career decisions.
