Areas of Practice

Jo-Ann Horn Maynard is Of Counsel to Lane Powell and is a member of the Firm’s London Practice Group and Appellate Practice Group. In her previous work experience with Equitas in London, Jo-Ann liased with and supervised outside counsel in pollution and asbestos matters, as well as personal injury and business interruption claims in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. She also reviewed appellate briefs filed on behalf of Lloyds of London. Jo-Ann’s experience further includes working as Tax Litigation Counsel with the United States Department of Justice and as a law clerk to the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
