Areas of Practice

Hal Snow is a member of the Trusts and Estates group. Hal has 30 years of experience helping families and business owners in the areas of business succession planning, asset protection planning, wealth transfer and transfer tax minimization. In the estate planning area, he has significant experience in succession planning for closely held businesses, including the transfer of ownership to the next generation with minimum estate tax cost.

Hal is the author of several articles in the areas of estate planning, asset protection planning and business succession planning, and is also a frequent speaker at estate and business planning seminars.
