Areas of Practice

Ben Lenhart is a corporate attorney experienced with mergers and acquisitions (representing both acquirers and targets), commercial finance (representing both lenders and borrowers), and corporate finance and securities transactions.  He regularly counsels both public and private companies and capital sources that finance these businesses, with emphasis on secured loan documentation (including revolving credit, term credit, and senior, subordinate and asset-based loans), loan restructurings, forbearances and workouts.
