Areas of Practice
Robert Koury represents clients in all aspects of real estate services, including development of all types of commercial and residential property, complex single-asset and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, financing and leasing for many clients, including Home Depot and the Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund. He has broad experience in real estate finance and secured lending, representing both borrowers and lenders in construction and acquisition, financing and refinancing, as well as restructuring of loans on distressed real estate and development projects.
