Timothy Jones represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, commercial leases, construction and permanent financing, loan workouts and restructuring, and opportunity funds. Timothy represents numerous commercial banks, including KeyBank, Wells Fargo Bank and Washington Federal Savings. Timothy’s real estate experience includes office buildings, retail projects, long term care facilities and industrial properties.
