Timothy Jones focuses his practice on real estate financing, purchase and sale transactions, property management, tenancy in common agreements, commercial leasing and distressed real estate. Timothy’s experience with distressed real estate includes commercial loan workouts, note sales, short sales, deeds in lieu and nonjudicial foreclosures.
